I was busy cleaning my glass lenses with my new lint free cloth. Wanting to see the sparkle in the glass I made my way to the mirror in the loo! I then almost without thinking turned to do a pee, suddenly everything went out of focus, the lens fell from my glasses right into the pan!
On the subject of peeing, I was in Belgium a while back, only for the weekend and we travelled into Brussels.
As far as I’m concerned Belgium is one of those places that you could pass through and not even know you were there. Blink and you wouldn’t even know you had driven through it. The people are a little like the country in as much as they are boring and uneventful. But it wasn’t always so.
Back in 1388 they had an artist called Jerome Duquesnoy, who made famous the Manneken Pis. So they did have a sense of humour 'once'!
There have been many historic legends that have since risen because of this statue, probably, I think to give credibility to this straight laced nation.
My favourite was about a time when Brussels was under seige from an army of ill repute (probably the Brits), and the story goes that explosives were places throughout the city with one major fuse source. The little boy seeing the imminent danger peed on the fuse wire and saved the city and the day!
Now tell me these Europeans don't have a sense of humour!

I feel the same way, but in reverse...I had to put on the AC today...the fan blades didn't seem to be able to make it through the air.
